FLOORS :

WASHING PLANT :

  • A four unit washing plant will be set up in the ground floor of each building like European system.

  • Total Foundation and Super Structure will be Designed and Supervised by the Experienced and professional Structural Design Engineers
  • Building Design & plan and have done by the reputed and professional Architect.
  • Structural Design parameters will be based on Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC). American Concrete Institute (ACI) and American Standard of Testing Materials (ASTM) codes.
  • Comprehensive checking and testing of concrete Laboratory.
  • The building structures will be designed to withstand earthquake tremor up to 7.0 Richter scale and wind velocity up to 210 km/hoir. Structure designed is considering Earthquakes & winds intensity as per Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
  • R.C.C ratio will be 1:1.5:3 basis.
  • 60 grade D-Formed M.S. Bar will be used.
  • Total Foundation will be designed after sub-soil investigation.
  • All Materials including Steel, Cement, Bricks, Brick Chips, Stone Chips, Sylhet Sand, Other finishing materials etc. are of Developer's standards.
  • Construction site Equipment employed includes good quality.
